Photos to come up soon on the solid Works 3D modeling. Bryan turned up today and i've managed to fill him in on what we're doing and keep him udpated. He says he'd like to help us out more but he needs to work. Trent has yet alone left early today leaving me with a bigger problem. Because i wasnt at uni in the first week when the assignment was given out i did miss the induction to welding course so i have no knowledge on how to go about Fabricating our product. Trent and Bryan both didnt attend the course either so they have already given up on that idea.
I dont know if i should talk to James about them not helping even at this point, I guess its just how it is with working as a group. I'm definitely learning a lot with dealing with different kind of people which i think is really going to prove useful once i've entered the work force. It's hard for now :/
I've decided that tomorrow im going to go out to the stores to try and locate some metal for us to work with, i think making the Cone on the inside should count enough as some form of fabrication to pass this project. Hopefully it wont be too expensive, and i'l be able to pick up welding easily.
